There’s still time for the Resurgence map to make its way to the game. But the devs have already given an early glimpse of what it will look like, by sharing a dedicated blog for Ashika Island. It contains all the information about the POIs (points of interest) that will be featured on this map. Among them, there are certain locations players can mark early, for having a better chance of dominating the opponents.
To begin, there is the Town Center. This is basically a bay, formed by the western and parts of the southwestern island. There are solid sea wall defenses, with a Ferry Terminal. The latter is located at the northwest of the main submarine canal. Call of Duty players can cross the canal bridges in order to reach a hotel and also the market district. They will find an additional gas station there along with a semi-circular city hall structure. This landing spot is ideal for Warzone 2 players who want to capitalize on multiple opportunities. At the Town Center, they can get a lot of chances of hiding, strategizing, and winning as well.

Next up is the Tsuki Castle. It is perhaps the most inevitable location of Ashika Island. Without a doubt, it has a been the most highlighted POI in all of Season 2’s promotional clips. This castle has a lot of fortifications and a natural defensive hill. The latter can be seen towards the southwestern side of the castle. This area is perfect for those who want to have a dominance on the enemies from a top-viewing angle. However, they will need to keep an eye on the vast, lower ground as well. Plus, there’s an underground waterway too, directly beneath the castle.
One more amazing landing spot for Call of Duty Warzone 2 players could be the Clifftop Demolition. It’s an old building, undergoing destruction. To be precise, it is a place in ruins. However, it can turn out to be a sweet spot for anyone looking to have a high ground on the entire island. Plus, one can even ambush the enemies on the main road. The possibilities of securing a victory here are endless, to say the least.
