Call of Duty: Warzone is now in its final stage before Vanguard takes over. The recent weapon tuning had a larger impact on the overall meta just because it focused on some of the popular and used weapons in the game, like Mg82. Where they apparently just made it harder to use. The patch note also highlighted the point that they made the recoil quite hard to control. It is now harder to stay on target and control the recoil, but it is not what it looks like.
Mg82 in Season 6 is still an absolute beast. Without any question, it is considered to be the best TTK (Time To Kill). Mg82 over the range is just a treat to players. The latest update also made some changes to some of the game’s weapon classes that will ultimately impact the top weapon on the meta.

TTK breakdown of MG82
Landing headshots with Mg82 consistently is pretty difficult, mainly because of the recoil, but it is very much rewarding. Of course, the smallest part of the body is going to be the hardest one, especially when you combine this with the fact that Mg82 is not the easiest gun to use. Headshots don’t really matter here. If you are able to land body shots consistently, it will be just fine. On the neck, it’s not the greatest, but it’s definitely very competitive, and over the range, it becomes pretty impressive.
When it comes to the Stomach, it’s the same deal as the chest. It is by far the best through 32m then drops off about 10 meters. Past 38m, it is the ultimate beast. As long as you are landing chest and stomach shots, you’ll have the upper hand against enemies. In over range, the gun is pretty much unbeatable.
