Call of Duty Warzone’s revive glitch

Reviving players in Warzone has caused quite a few glitches. Earlier. when players got revived, they would be left without any weapon. They would only possess a stim in the form of tactical equipment. While it got patched, it seems like another issue has arisen regarding players the revival process again.

Reddit user u/BizarreBandit reported another issue that could be a source of concern for the community. In a clip uploaded, the gameplay showed him sneaking up on an enemy and reviving a squadmate. He used stealth and initiated a finisher. Things were going as normal. However, things took an unexpected turn when, during the process of the finisher, the revive animation continued; the downed squadmate managed to get back up.

While BizarreBandit was stuck in the finisher animation, the downed enemy got up and managed to take advantage of the animation. He finished off the player.

These sorts of incidents are bound to be a cause of frustration for the Warzone community.

Considering the fact that Call of Duty Warzone was released in early 2020, it is appalling that an issue as basic such as this is still a cause for concern for the community.

This incident also points out Activision’s blatant apathy towards the community. Activision has heavily marketed finisher moves. Considering the fact that these very finishers are affecting gameplay, it makes a person think twice before spending real-life money on the game.
