Call of Duty: Warzone is going through a troublesome phase. And to top it all off, Activision, Raven Software, and Sledgehammer Games announced the integration of the upcoming Vanguard with the battle royale title.

It seems like the Warzone community is not happy with how things are in the game. The latest announcement by the developers has further fueled the anxieties of COD players. Some players took to Reddit to share their views about the future of Warzone.

During Activision’s announcement stream, the developers conversed about a Warzone metaverse, which might draw together all three of the Warzone games (Modern Warfare, Black Ops Cold War, and Vanguard) into one fictional universe.

Warzone players seem to be worried about this mixing up of all the three different eras in one single-mode approach. This will not only make Warzone hard for newer players but also the community as a whole. Players seem to believe that introducing a ton of new weapons and equipment to the game won’t make the game any better. They think the developers should focus on gameplay and fix the existing issues plaguing Warzone.
