In case anyone is not aware, CoD’s DMZ is highly inspired by the already popular Escape From Tarkov. Interestingly, the latter has got a format where it keeps wiping out player progression and resets it completely. Now this format will also be introduced to Warzone 2 when Season arrives next month.

Similar to Escape From Tarkov, the DMZ mode will also fully wipe the progression players have made in Season 1 so far. It doesn’t matter how many missions they have accomplished. Everything will be reset, while going back to the very beginning. Users will have to once again finish all the quests in order to gather their Contrabend weapons and keys.
