For those who are not aware, Ratcliffe is the last name of the former British Army soldier, Major Peter Ratcliffe. In his career, spanning almost three decades, he served in the Parachute Regiment and the Special Air Service (SAS). What’s even more important to note about him is that he was also a part of the Gulf War.
Gulf War is rumored to be the setting for Call of Duty 2024. With Luke claiming to be playing Ratcliffe, it seems highly likely that the ongoing speculations may be true. Still, one should take all of this with a grain of salt unless Activision drops a word on the project itself.
