Call of Duty franchise has continued to expand since its early years of going global almost two decades ago. Moreover, the series has turned into a billion-dollar brand attracting many along the way. Be it streamers, gaming enthusiasts, or even military personnel. Yes, that’s the exact case with a recently revealed Warzone 2 competition. The gaming competition will see an official eSports team from the US Army taking on other professional rivals.
For the uninitiated, the US Army has its own gaming team. It competes in various tournaments based on extremely popular titles like League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, and even Call of Duty. However, their real-world experience may not necessarily translate into gaming skills on the Call of Duty titles.
