Call of Duty Warzone 2 has been in an interesting state, to say the least. Since its anticipated launch last year, the battle royale has mostly ended up annoying many players, including some of the widely known stars as well.
In case anyone missed keeping track of events, COD pro Aydan, from NYSL, had announced last month that he will take a break from Warzone 2. He decided to do this after observing that the game was missing engaging and replayable content. In fact, he had shared a dedicated video while talking about how he had lost interest in playing it. Surprisingly though, the professional player recently came up with another video where he revealed his sudden return to Warzone 2, just days after deciding to stay away from it.
Here’s why Aydan is returning to Call of Duty Warzone 2

Ahead of the release of Season 3, the devs had unveiled a lucrative competition for all the Warzone enthusiasts. The World Series of Warzone (WSOW) is coming back to the game in the new update. Moreover, it’s going to offer huge prize money as well to the winner. Precisely speaking, the amount is revealed to be $1.2 million.
Seems like that’s the reason Aydan has changed his mind to take time away from Call of Duty Warzone 2 despite the fact that he was previously having issues with the battle royale. But now that it’s going to offer an amazing cash prize of $1.2 million in WSOW, he simply cannot let this opportunity go away.

“A whole lot of cash, wow. This right here is insane. So I’ve made plans to come back,” he said in the video. To clarify the doubts of all the people who might be thinking that he changed his mind to leave Warzone 2, he said that he was never going to leave the game completely. It was just that he wanted to take some time away because of how he was feeling about it.

“I never quit Warzone. All I was doing was taking some time away and waiting for season 3,” he added. Now his only goal is to practice hard and eventually win the lucrative amount of $1.2 million in the WSOW tournament.
