Thanks to the efforts of Black Ops developer Treyarch, Ranked Play is now available in MWII following a long wait. While it’s been a success since launch, the mode has got certain aspects that could be improved for better results.

A few days ago, FaZe Clan’s aBeZy commented on Call of Duty Modern Warfare II’s competitive experience. Along with that, he also mentioned Valorant and a specific feature it has for online matches. In case if anyone is not aware, Riot Games’ title uses premade size cap in its competitive game mode, restricting four-play groups.

Basically, aBeZy is impressed with how Valorant functions with the competitive matches. If there’s any change that gets introduced for matchmaking, it will be in the background. So players won’t actually get to see an instant result unless they spend more time figuring out the difference. It will be interesting to see if Season 3 will bring several tweaks to Ranked Play or not. Especially, when it comes to the experience for Solo players.
