According to several insiders, who are calling it Modern Warfare III, the game will feature multiple elements dating back to the older Call of Duty offerings. Especially, the iconic title from 2009 by Infinity Ward. A newly leaked information has now further solidified such claims.

In his article published on Insider Gaming, Henderson wrote that several pictures were leaked recently from this year’s Call of Duty Modern Warfare III. Moreover, the images indicate that two classic maps from 2009’s Modern Warfare 2 namely Scrapyard and Terminal will return in this installment. This means that the game will emphasize on nostalgia in a huge way. So far, it’s been speculated that it will feature many remastered maps from older entries.

Tom Henderson’s report was based on another leaker, known as COD_Persues. This user had initially shared the images on Telegram and then reposted them on Twitter. Unfortunately, now they have been deleted due to copyright issues. It implies that the current leak might be true eventually. But still, one should take it with a grain of salt unless the news gets officially confirmed.

So far, we know that Call of Duty Modern Warfare III is rumored to be revealed in the first week of August. It’s expected to release on November 10. Here are some other key dates to remember about this installment:
