Since its highly awaited arrival in 2022, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II has consistently been in the news. Despite being a blockbuster release in terms of sales, many players have given it a lukewarm response. This could primarily be attributed to the lack of content. However, makers have left no stone unturned in making it better a better experience, especially since Season 2 was launched last month.
With the arrival of Season 2, fans witnessed tons of changes, while also getting a favorite mode in Ranked Play in the series. The mode wasn’t initially revealed in MWII last year with Season 1. But now that it’s been in the title for more than a month, fans have been enjoying the competitive experience. Sadly, that is not the case for every gamer.
Solo players won’t be suffering now in Call of Duty Modern Warfare II Ranked Play matches

Since the debut of Ranked Play, solo players who have entered Ranked Play matches without having a team of their own, have struggled a lot. They have faced problems in matchmaking. Simply because queuing up as a solo player is not easy in the ongoing game. Sometimes you get good teammates but that’s a rare phenomenon. So far, many solo users have come across players who are poor at comms and have no idea about the modes featured in the Competitive matches.
Players have been raising issues regarding matchmaking in Ranked Play for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II. Thankfully, they have now received a crucial response straight from the devs themselves.

Treyarch, the studio behind the Ranked Play in MWII, recently posted a tweet on social media. It mentioned that they have rolled out an update related to matchmaking in order to improve the Competitiveness of matches, especially when “solo players are put into games against parties.”

Furthermore, the studio also mentioned, in a different tweet, that they will keep monitoring the solo and party Ranked Play performances.
