Call of Duty fans have been playing the latest titles from Activision in Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2 for months now. While Season 1 wasn’t so much appealing, its successor seems to have rectified a lot of errors that made the users annoyed previously. The recently released Season 2 update has turned out to be quite interesting to say the least. It has added tons of extra content to these entries and their various modes.
However, if there’s one thing that still needs to be fixed, it’s the bundles in Modern Warfare II. Seems like a lot of newly revealed weapon or Operator-based bundles have made players frustrated. So much so that they have begun calling out the devs for lacking creativity to make the games interesting. Specifically, they have targeted a particular bundle that was recently unveiled in MWII and Warzone 2’s in-game store.

In case anyone missed keeping track of events, developers recently released a bundle called Tracer Pack: Red Fox. It features an Operator skin called Red Fox for the playable character of Hutch. The latter is one of the newest Operators introduced in MWII since launch. The bundle costs 2400 CP (COD Points).
Which means if someone wants to have it, they will need to shell out a real money amounting to $19.99 to acquire these many CP to unlock this Operator skin and other related items featured in the Tracker Pack bundle.
But it looks like this particular Operator skin has ended up making many Call of Duty players upset. Media outlet CharlieIntel recently shared a clip of the skin, featuring Hutch, in a way to express the disappointment. And what followed afterwards was a wave of highly negative reactions from the fans.

Players also turned up to show their rage towards the newest bundle. They are speechless about the fact that the devs are investing so much time in order to reveal expensive cosmetic bundles with unnecessary skins, instead of bringing more content. “Yup when they start adding these types of skins that means the end is near for the game,” wrote one user on Twitter.

MW2019 had the best cosmetics that weren’t too over the top yet they’re completely opposite here. This skin shouldn’t be in CoD.

The aforementioned controversial bundle is also attracting a lot of backlash because it’s seemingly not worth the amount it’s available for as of now. For the same COD Points, there are better bundles in Modern Warfare II like the Urban Veteran Pro Pack that has a far better looking skin for the character of Chuy. Same is the case with Tracer Pack: Jolt Bundle as well. It features a new skin called Purple Jolt for the Operator of Calisto. Then there’s the Tracer Pack: Shinobi also, that consists of an attractive skin for the Operator of Chuy.
