Nothing seems to be going right at the moment for COD makers.

Activision recently rolled out the ambitious update in Season 3 for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II. Fans were looking forward to this update ever since the devs started teasing it with engaging clips and blogs.

However, it looks like the curse is still not leaving Modern Warfare II despite the arrival of Season 3. And the reason for its misery happens to be an unexpected change revealed for the Battle Pass. Strangely, though, players are not upset with its $30 cost, but its appearance in the first place!

BlackCell Battle Pass design is a massive letdown for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II players

In case anyone missed keeping track of events, the new update has also brought a slight transition to the layout of the Battle Pass. Before the new season, it used to have a standard appearance which was normal if not extremely amazing. However, the way it looks now in Season 3 is something most of the fans are frustrated about.

One Call of Duty player recently took to Reddit to express their anger towards the devs of Modern Warfare II. The Redditor, known as u/X2006_SubZero, wrote in their post that the new design implemented with the BlackCell Battle Pass is “goofy af. all flattened n’ s**t”.

Simply put, the user didn’t like the way the new design is appearing on the screen. It seems to have been stretched and flattened in a weird manner. Meanwhile, other people also agree with what u/X2006_SubZero has tried to convey.
