Recently, a real-life cop happened to witness Call of Duty Modern Warfare II’s intense, action-filled experience. Simply put, he wanted to see if Activision’s record-breaking blockbuster was true to reality. It seems like the game succeeded in swaying the officer in more ways than one!

Police Officer says Call of Duty Modern Warfare II’s storytelling is awesome

YouTube channel Gamology keeps featuring real-life professionals from various fields who react to different video games in terms of mechanics, storytelling, and overall simulation. That way, viewers also end up getting the idea of how a given title justifies itself in relation to what is possible or not in real life situations.

In one of its lates videos, the channel featured the Police Officer and SWAT Commander Christopher Cano. He had to react to Call of Duty Modern Warfare II’s single-player Campaign mode and give his reactions to the same. The 13-minute-long clip showcases some interesting moments of Chris getting impressed while also questioning certain gameplay mechanics.

However, the action blockbuster from Activision eventually ends up swaying him (if not completely). While reacting to the cartel missions in Modern Warfare II, the police officer mentions that he believes that whatever is shown in the game is mostly true to reality. Which is a big win for the title. Another point he gives to the game is regarding its impressive storytelling and overall experience.

“I gotta definitely play this game because it captivated me and it was great to watch this gameplay,” said Christopher Cano. It seems like the officer is ready to grab his console in order to start the Campaign missions in MWII.

All things considered, however, getting praise from a real-life officer himself is definitely a testament to Call of Duty’s increasing realism. Without a doubt, instances like these will only add to the franchise’s ever-growing popularity.
