Well, now there seems to be another major reason why some loyal Call of Duty fans believe it’s not a very good installment in the series. Especially when compared to the iconic, old games.
JGOD shows how Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is still better than Modern Warfare II in creating basic loadouts

James is a reputed COD pro who never shies away from revealing honest opinions about the games in the long-running series. Recently, he took to his Twitter profile to present a small yet significant comparison. It involved the ongoing entry from Infinity Ward and a decade-old game from the same studio, Modern Warfare 3.
While sharing a brief clip, JGOD showed how Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is still more amazing than Activision’s latest title. To be precise, he unveiled the process of creating a weapon loadout in both games. While looking at the video, one can clearly see that the overall time taken by him in Modern Warfare 3 was less than in MWII.

Now what does that mean? Well, it implies that even the most basic tasks like creating a loadout with attachments are more time-consuming in the ongoing entry. According to JGOD’s clip, the entire process took him almost 90 seconds more in the latest game than MW3.

That’s probably due to the fact that the current title has got a very different UI overall. As a result, players may find it more complex to navigate through the options in order to perform regular actions. The devs should have worked on preventing such situations from happening. However, now that MWII is already in the middle of its run, it’s hard to predict if it will receive any major changes regarding the user interface or not.
