Call of Duty Modern Warfare II has been a mixed bag, to say the least ever since it made an anticipated debut last year. The hype was through the roof before its launch. But upon witnessing a lot of unwanted changes to gameplay mechanics, many loyal fans expressed their unfavorable reactions to this massive action title.
Now that the rumors for 2023’s premium game are catching fire, many people are beginning to predict the fate of the upcoming entry. Especially the pros, who have been playing the titles in the franchise for years now. Recently, one of the most popular names in the Call of Duty community expressed a wild prediction for the awaited offering.
JGOD believes Call of Duty Modern Warfare III will either make or break the franchise

James is one of the most popular COD legends in the history of the action series. So, whenever he comes up with an opinion on the games, hardly anyone can disagree with them.
Following the massive leak on Call of Duty 2023, which is reportedly called Modern Warfare III, JGOD took to his Twitter profile to give his early take on it. Seems like the professional player is not extremely hopeful for the next major premium from Activision. Well, he’s got some valid reasons for not having very high hopes as of now.

Feels like it's either going to be
A: Terrible gameplay loop and awesome map (like this year)
B: Gameplay feels like cod again, but the map will suck

Per JGOD, Modern Warfare III will either succeed in giving the community a great map or amazing gameplay, just like previous, old installments. But he’s not sure whether Activision will be able to deliver both these aspects together, without any issues. “So, MWIII this year’s cod drop. Currently, there’s no official announcement from Activision on this year’s entry. It’s rumored to be revealed within the Warzone 2 battle royale in August.
