Snoop Dogg is no stranger to the Call of Duty universe, as he was previously seen in the Ghosts installment. But recently, the makers teased yet another appearance for him in the ongoing Warzone and Vanguard. It looks like players are going to have a blast when the American rapper makes a return to Call of Duty.

Call of Duty fans have mixed reactions to Snoop Dogg collaboration

As is already known, Activision launched the Vanguard entry last year while Warzone came in 2020. Both games have had their fair share of issues, but Warzone has been around for a while and has a bigger playerbase compared to Vanguard.

Both games have performed well in sales, but overall, the reception by fans and critics was lukewarm or average, for Vanguard at least.

The developing team is trying its best to offer interesting changes and perks to keep the players hooked. That must be the reason probably why the Snoop Dogg collaboration was just teased; it will happen next month.

Widely followed account ModernWarzone, on Twitter, revealed that Call of Duty is bringing back the American rapper.

Weirdly, though, not all fans were excited to get this massive surprise. Firstly, there were those who seemed enthusiastic about this entire announcement. Especially the lovers of Snoop Dogg who have also seen him landing his voice in the 2013 installment Ghosts.

On the other hand, some players pointed out that Call of Duty took the right step but with the wrong game.

“They finally listened to us… but for one of the worst CoD’s” wrote one user.
