Recently, he dropped a piece of crucial information, in his article published on Insider Gaming, on the “full premium” release arriving in 2023. Going by the leaked data, it seems like the project will receive a proper pre-launch marketing campaign.

Per Henderson, the “full premium” Call of Duty installment in 2023 will be developed by Sledgehammer Games, the studio behind CoD Vanguard. This exact information was also reportedly confirmed by Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier last year in November.

Moreover, when it comes to its launch date, the leak suggests that this year’s standalone Call of Duty video game will seemingly make its debut on November 10, 2023. Interestingly, it will also receive a Beta phase of two weeks. Here are the expected dates for various platform users who will be able to try it early:

  • 1st Beta weekend (PS4/PS5): October 6 to October 10
  • 2nd Beta weekend (PS4/PS5/Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S/PC): October 12 to October 16
  • Campaign Early Access (PS4/PS5/Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S/PC): November 2

It is quite clear from the aforementioned details that the game will also support the previous generation of consoles. The name of the title is yet to be confirmed by Activision.
