Activision has increased its efforts to make Call of Duty Modern Warfare II an entertaining installment in the last few months. Continuing this pattern forward, it has now unveiled more features to keep players engaged for longer durations.

In Multiplayer, there are times when you want to stick with a certain lobby. That can be due to a winning streak or simply because of the vibe you share with like-minded individuals. However, the current setup of Call of Duty: MW II doesn’t allow random players to stick together. But now, this tradition is going to change, for the good, with Season 5 Reloaded.

Thanks to the new mid-season update, devs are bringing some helpful, new features to MWII. Two social-related features are coming to the Multiplayer experience. Their main objective is to help players find “that random squadmate that ultimately becomes a true friend”, reads the pre-release blog for Season 5 Reloaded.

However, the most crucial feature, above all, is going to be ‘Play Again’. Call of Duty Warzone already has it, while there’s no such option in the Multiplayer setup for Modern Warfare II. That’s why the makers have decided to push it inside the MP games as well. “After each match, all players – or, specifically, solo players and designated Party Leaders – on the same team can opt to stick together for the next match.”

In short, ‘Play Again’ will enable the Call of Duty players to keep enjoying more than one match with the same group if they wish to. They will be able to play again with the same, unknown team members they like. That’s actually going to change the way the Multiplayer setup works as of now. All things considered, the addition of this feature will only make things more interactive among random people. Instead of just leaving lobbies, in the hopes of coming across friendly individuals, they will have the opportunity to continue engaging with them.

On the other hand, another feature in ‘Friend Recommender’ is also there. It is built for “those looking to find new squadmates.” It works in two ways: suggesting Friends of Friends and also suggesting new players, based on an improved dynamic system.
