The rumors about the new operators coming to Call of Duty are what every fan of this FPS game is talking about. Kevin Durant, Nickmercs, and TimTheTatman are rumored to be COD’s new operators. This had made many fans upset with Activision for including content creators instead of COD legends.

One Call of Duty Champion they wanted the most was Scump. He has been active in the COD community both as a pro player and a content creator. Now this former pro player has shared his views on the new operators coming to COD.

In his latest stream, Scump got a question from fans that he knew was coming. The fan asked, “How do you feel that Nickmercs and Tim are getting a skin before you?” The question further asked Scump his opinion on Activision not including “their most influential creator”. And Scump’s response showed why he is the most beloved content creator in the COD world.

Sharing his honest opinion, the former COD pro said this move did not bother him at all. He actually praised Nickmercs and TimTheTatman and the vast audience they have cultivated. He avoided drawing a comparison from them over this topic. “Obviously I’ve had a long-tenured Call of Duty career, but those guys, they appeal to a different audience,” stated Scump.

Scump was lenient towards his fellow content creators and, surprisingly, also towards the game development studio.

Scump says Activision does not care about being disrespectful

When asked if he felt disrespected by Activision, Scump defended the COD creators. “You guys act as if Activision is a human, it’s literally a business,” the former COD pro stated, “I don’t think they give a f*ck about disrespectful.” He meant that the studio will obviously look at the thing that will get them the most profit. He concluded by saying he was not mad with the studio for making this decision.

But the fans believe Scump is one of the creators who deserve to be an operator in COD. And they have voiced their support on Twitter for the former COD pro player.
