In a recent blog post, Call of Duty developers Activision announced the new weekly update coming to Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. According to the post, starting April 16th to 19th fans will be able to earn triple XP. It also provides information regarding new blueprints that will be available in the store and two upcoming Warzone tournaments.

Call of Duty is set to enter season three soon, and the triple XP weekends will help players on both titles level up much faster. Alongside this, there will be Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Battle Pass XP in both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.

Activision has also introduced a new game mode for players to grind across the weekend. The mode is called Blueprint and is a variation of gun-game. Here, the weapon progression varies every game and in each game, new weapon blueprints are available. The match will be won by the first player to advance through all 20 arms.
