Kyedae has been a significant personality in the Valorant community for some years. This 100 Thieves creator has established herself with a variety of gaming videos and engaging streams. Recently, she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a form of cancer. She had told her fans she will soon be starting the treatment for her condition.

Despite the news, her spirit was never broken, and that was clearly seen when she joked around on streams. Now she has given updates on her condition to the fans and they are nothing but supportive of the 100T creator.

Kyedae has finally done what she thought to do

Kyedae has been taking chemotherapy for her AML. Due to this, she contemplated cutting off her hair multiple times in her streams earlier. And now she has finally shaved her hair off. She wanted to go through with this decision before her hair started falling off due to chemotherapy. The doctors had given her 2-4 weeks before her hair started falling. She recently Tweeted out to her fans, finally declaring she has cut all her hair off.

Earlier talking about this topic, she invited other streamers like Tarik, TenZ, and 39daph to shave their head with her. 39Daph has supported her friend in this endeavor and shaved off her head, too.

The 100T creator is showing excellent morale about her situation to her fans, but sometimes the situation does affect her mental health. She admitted the treatment has been taking a toll on her body despite looking lively during streams.

Fans support Kyedae’s decision

Twitter users have started supporting Kyedae in her decision. User @thebookofkat said she is ready for this new era for the streamer.

The 100T creator herself has been open to joking about her situation. She recently spoke on her stream that if she gets a bald haircut, she will change her name from ‘Kyedae’ to ‘Baldae’. A string of Tweets have started embracing Baldae, wishing Kyedae will stream soon.

User @KingsmanJay312 has suggested Kyedae play on this situation and adapt various personalities for her streams. Kyedae has replied to Kingman, stating she is excited to try this.

Kyedae also Tweeted out to pro-Valorant player Derke. Derke won a VCT trophy recently in Brazil, and she wanted to confirm with him if the bald buff was real. Fans have started saying that she would replace Derke for Fnatic with her buff.
