Published by Activision, Call of Duty is a first-person shooter action video game. The franchise has introduced many game titles that have also entered the eSports category. And a recent pitch invasion during an NFL game between Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams caught many gamers’ attention. For the reason that it seemed like an activity that happens frequently in CoD.

Call of Duty fans rejoice at the site of the game entering the field

Call of Duty fans rejoiced in a moment of utter laughter. Usually, in CoD, players gather their arsenal. They do so by invading buildings or looting enemies. Furthermore, they get a chance to call a load-out drop by purchasing it on a buy station. And this invader had the same idea but in a different environment.

Luckily, an account by the name ModernWarzone (@ModernWarzone) has brought the clip to share with the community on Twitter. The invader ran to the middle of the NFL field with a smoke flare in hand. Surprisingly, it looked like an imitation of the CoD interface of calling a load-out.

Moreover, Twitter was stunned by this pitch invasion. They had never expected something of this sort to happen in real life. However, the pink flare and the person being chased by the security set the scene identical to that of the Call of Duty world.

Comically, a user tweeted, “He misses Verdansk too.” Here are some of the other reactions of the Call of Duty fans after seeing the clip:

Loadout drop is a regular activity that happens in the action video game. While it takes place in a multiplayer mode, the campaign mode generally shows the same ritual to call in a loadout by air support. And only one is to guess where the loadout dropped during the NFL match.

In 2022 the campaign continues on the road to victory
