“Biggest Load of Dogsh*t I Have Seen All Day” – MoistCr1TiKaL Voices His Disappointment Over Statement Nintendo Made About Smash Bros Ultimate Tournament

Recently, Smash World Tour 2022’s Twitter account made an official announcement that their Nintendo Smash Bros tournament plans for 2023 and the remainder of 2022 have been canceled. It is being said that this happened because Nintendo has asked them that they cannot run such tournaments without a license from Nintendo.

This really shook the competitive Smash Bros community. Nintendo’s acclaimed fighting game had a robust competitive community. People from around the world came and participated in these tournaments to win huge prizes.

Before this, they had never batted an eye toward such tournaments. Asking for a license all of a sudden had surprised and shocked a number of fans.

After Nintendo halted all the events and tournaments, it was revealed that they did this to support an organizer called Panda Global. This brought even more heat toward Nintendo from the fans of the competitive circuit.

To combat this negativity and control the situation, they went ahead and released a statement. In the statement, they mentioned, “Nintendo’s decision was solely based on our assessment of the proposals submitted by the SWT and our evaluation of their unlicensed activities.”

While reading the said statement, a popular YouTuber went and ahead showed his disappointment. Reacting to this statement, MoistCr1TiKaL said, “Also, this is the biggest load of dogs*t I have seen all day.” And many fans agree with him as Nintendo, before now, has never set any such restrictions for any of their tournaments.

If players are to be believed, these restrictions only came after Nintendo decided to partner with Panda Global for organizing any such events. MoistCr1TiKaL said that before all this shutting down transpired, Panda Global’s CEO tried to strong-arm other competitive cups under their own Panda Cup. When other organizers refused, he even hinted that “it would be a shame if you got shut down.”

The popular streamer is visibly upset and furious at this decision that Nintendo took, and so are numerous fans.

Smash Bros Ultimate is a fighting game. It is the latest in their popular “knock your friend off the stage” series Smash Bros. It consists of almost all of Nintendo’s popular characters and some of the extra characters from outside Nintendo’s circle.

Their fanbase is visibly upset as there are not many Smash Bros tournaments that happen now. And now that Nintendo has decided to cause interference in what remains, fans are left wondering if Nintendo is intentionally trying to kill Smash Bro Ultimate’s competitive scene.
