Sony and PlayStation are going all in to publicize their PSVR2. For doing the same they have roped in on-screen Ellie, Bella Ramsey. She played the role of the protagonist Ellie in the fan-favorite HBO series The Last of Us, which also is a popular PlayStation title.
The advert portrayed Ramsey trying to pass her 5th driving test. What better gear than the PSVR2 to practice for the test. She was seen playing Gran Turismo 7 as the base through which she can practice her driving skill. The video was quite hilarious as Ramsey raced through the broad range of races that Gran Turismo provides.
The advert portrayed the detailing and dynamics that were present in the game. On top of that, Bella’s excitement while using the PSVR2 was also quite engaging. This was a fun advert to watch, especially the end scenes. Ramsey yet again fails the driving test because of her insane style of driving which was adapted from playing the popular racing game. The advert was a brilliant amalgamation of the game and the PlayStation product, which the brand wanted to sell.

Currently, the PSVR2 is available for purchase. We can expect more games to be added to the innovative product in the upcoming months, which would broaden its market to a wider audience. As for Gran Turismo, the title is getting prime limelight in recent days. The popular gaming franchise mentioned in the advert is getting a live adaptation. Under the banner of Sony Pictures and PlayStation Productions, the film is gearing up for release on August 11, 2023.
It seems that PlayStation is dominating the scene at the moment with unique advancements on various fronts at the same time.
