Electronic Arts has issued a warning for all the players who stream or leak the footage of the upcoming Battlefield 2042. The studio is currently hosting a technical preview for the upcoming futuristic shooter, Battlefield 2042. To get the technical preview, players had to sign a strict NDA stating that they will not disclose any gameplay details or footage in public.

However, as excepted, some smart folks aren’t taking the agreement seriously. EA warns them by saying that it is a huge mistake and they will be banned from playing the full game.

Gameplay videos and screenshots of Battlefield 2042 technical preview are all over the internet

According to a report by Eurogamers, just after getting the technical preview, players began to upload some stream and gameplay videos out there on the internet. Electronic Arts removed these videos as fast as they can and shared a warning post. Well, the internet is vast, and it is impossible to scrub the net clean. There are still some gameplay videos out there. Electronic Arts then reminded players of the non-disclosure agreement and warned them what might happen if they continue to neglect the agreement in the future.

Lead community manager at Electronic Arts, Adam Freeman, took Twitter to warn all the streamers and said “Codes for Xbox has started to roll out, and if you are thinking about sharing them with a friend, then don’t- they won’t work. You also don’t want to share your account information with folks either, that’s going to end badly for you. Super badly.

”You’re under NDA for this playtest, so video screenshots and streaming from this playtest results in strikes on your channel. Break the rule, expect to lose excess to both the technical preview, future EA test and potentially access to 2042itself when its release,” he added.

Despite the warning, players are not giving up. More and more gameplay footage is being leaked on the internet. One video is approximately 22 minutes long and shows off every detail of the game.
