There are many characters who you can choose to have a romantic relationship with other than Mizora, including Shadowheart, Astarion, Lae’zel, and Minthara. Each of these personalities will look for different attributes in your character to see if you are worthy of their approval. What they look for is unique to their character. While Shadowheart will want you to be kind and sympathetic, Lae’zel would love it if you display brutality.

The offspring of a succubus, Mizora will require you to give in to temptations if you want to spend the nights with her. Much like the Devil himself, Mizora will also ask you to make a pact and you have to be sly to make sure you come out of the tent alive the next morning. Here is our guide on how to romance Mizora and make the best of your pact with her.

The option to romance Mizora only appears in Act 3. It’ll be a good idea to keep both Wyll and Mizora alive till this point in the story. Mizora doesn’t have an approval meter like your other allies, which can also make it a little difficult to perceive whether she is interested in romance in the first place.

How to start off the romantic entanglement with Mizora

From what we have learned till now, we got a few pointers on how to possibly ignite the spark between Mizora and yourself in Baldur’s Gate 3.

  • In Druid Grove of Act 1, rescuing the Tiefling refugees should be the first thing you do. If you happen to kill the kind bunch of people here, Wyll will leave your party and will not return again throughout the entirety of the game.
  • Reaching Moonrise Towers in Act 2, agree with Mizora to find Zariel’s Asset. Spoiler alert, Mizora turns out to be the asset that you were looking for all the time. The cambion sends only a projection with you while she sits safely in her lair. As you chase after the Letheric Thorm, you’ll find Mizora inside a pod in Mind Flayer Colony. Here, you will have to free her from the shackle with the “unleash” option.
  • Now you’ll be reaching Wyrm’s Rock Fortress in Act 3. Maybe don’t engage Gortash right away. You’ll get body-slammed. Instead, engage in a conversation with Mizora and she will turn up in your camp later.

Wooing Mizora

Wyll gets handed an ultimatum by Mizora as the latter expects him to be more protective of the group. Irrespective of what you do in this scenario, Mizora will stay back in your camp. Make sure she stays for longer and keep talking to her in between rests. An exclamation point may hover over Mizora indicating that there’s some important conversation ahead.

Once you get talking, Mizora will have a proposition (which you can decline if you want to). There are also responses on your part that can halt the entire scenario. However, if you want to go with the flow, we recommend you don’t pick these responses. Here are the responses you ought to pick in case you want to see the last of how the romance transpires:

  • While talking to her in the camp, say “Sounds delicious. What are you suggesting?”
  • Take a long rest after accepting her offer and at night, you will find yourself inside a demonic circle.
  • During the next conversation, say “Bask in the powerful sensations,” and “I’m ready,” afterward.
  • George on the river” or “Take a tentative sip” should be your final response to Mizora during the conversation.

The next conversations you’ll have with Mizora will be set in various different locations including Dis, Minauros, Stygia, Malbolge, Cania and Nessus. You’ll be feeling the sensation of being in these realms instead of really traveling to these locations. In the end, Mizora will approach you herself after taking off her clothes. Choose the response “Step into Mizora’s outstretched wings.” and Mizora will come and embrace you.

Potential consequences of the romance with Mizora
