The turn-based game Baldur’s Gate 3 has taken the gaming world by storm. The game was in the works since 2020 but this long development process was justified by the masterpiece Larian Studios has delivered. The title has rejuvenated fans’ interest in turn-based games, with them demanding more titles like it.
The game, however, still has some minor issues in it. Fans are expecting Larian Studios to resolve them in Patch 1 for Baldur’s Gate 3. And looks like it may also contain a fix for one of the issues fans want the most.

Since the news of the arrival of Patch 1, fans are excited. They are hoping this patch will fix multiple minor bugs in the game while also improving the ease of playing the game.
But one issue fans still have with the title is character appearance customization. Once players selected their character’s appearance, they could not change it from anywhere. All the hairstyles, clothing choices, and tattoos become permanent throughout the game.
Michael Douse, the Director of Publishing at Larian Studios, came forward with some good news when asked by one fan. A fan requested, “Sir please let me change how I look in the game. I’m BEGGING!!!!”

This feature will be a relief for the players, here’s why
This issue proved to be a major thumbs down from the fans who want to change their characters over some time. This Dungeons and Dragons-based game deeply depends on the choices a player makes during their play. If they are not pleased with their characters, it would ultimately lead to a decline in the gameplay experience of the players.

With Larian Studios eventually bringing out the character customization option, the turn-based title can continue being the hit title it has turned out to be. Fans are also hoping this feature is released alongside Patch 1.
However, Larian Studios is yet to confirm the exact date this feature rolls out. Currently, the studio has only confirmed the arrival of Patch 1 and an upcoming PlayStation 5 release next month.
