On February 10th, 2022, the popular gaming brand Nintendo took the internet by storm through Nintendo Direct event. Nintendo surprised the entire community when they revived their popular 2006 release Wii Sports as “Nintendo Switch Sports”. It’s true, it’s basically the Wii Sports for Nintendo Switch. No doubt it’s something that excites the community more than anything. Switch Sports features some of the classic sports games from the popular Wii Sports. Like fans will get to enjoy sports like chambara, bowling, tennis, and more.
In fact, Nintendo also introduced three brand new sports: badminton, volleyball, and soccer. Moreover, the gaming giant has effectively optimized Switch’s joy-cons for Switch Sports. Using which fans can play this game using joy-cons motion tracking technology. Nintendo Switch Sports- kicking motion feature in the soccer game and other announcements
The Japanese gaming giant introducing soccer into Switch Sports isn’t a surprise for the fans anymore. But the way Nintendo optimized their joy-cons, especially for this sport, is worth talking about. Fans can play soccer using two methods: by holding joy-cons in their hands and by placing them over their thighs. It’s true, fans just need to place joy-cons on their thighs using leg-strap accessories and play this sport using kicking motion.
The Japanese gaming giant left the community more curious than ever through some massive upcoming project announcements. Like Mario Strikers: Battle leagues, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Portal: Companion Collection, Mario Kart 8 Delux DLC, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and many more.
