NetherRealm Studio announced the release of its upcoming Mortal Kombat 1 on the 14th of September this year. Although this franchise suffered the wrath of many leaks, ultimately developers surprised the fans with an outstanding trailer at Gamescom 2023. Now that pre-ordering opportunities are available, fans can’t wait to finally get it on their devices.

The same happened for a person, who pre-ordered the game’s premium edition on Xbox X. According to this source Mortal Kombat 1 Will need 140 GB storage for the game’s base content installation at release. Furthermore, Xbox’s S Series might need 101 GB storage for the game since the console does not support a 4K display.

This means installing Mortal Kombat 1 will leave 21% more device storage to the users. Furthermore, this source helped to analyze how Mortal Kombat 1’s installation would require 17.4% of Xbox X’s internal storage. Despite the game turning many heads, its huge storage requirement left fans really worried.
