Hasan Piker, a popular content creator on the video platform Twitch, recently expressed his anger and frustration over a recent video by fellow YouTuber, MrBeast. The video features MrBeast helping to cure 1000 people’s blindness by paying for their treatments. While many viewers praised the gesture as a heartwarming act of kindness, the video filled Hasan Piker with “rage.”

Thus it also made Valkyrae, who was sitting beside Piker a bit curious about why he is reacting like this, and it was revealed by the political streamer that it’s not because of MrBeast but because of a 10-minute procedure getting “paywalled”.

Hasan Piker and Valkyrae recently reacted to MrBeast’s latest video. MrBeast is well known for his philanthropy and stunts, and this video was no different. He gifted the funds needed for 1000 people to receive the 10-minute procedure that would cure their blindness. The reaction from both Hasan Piker and Valkyrae was mixed.

The video filled Hasan Piker with rage over the fact that access to such a life-changing procedure was being pay walled, making it inaccessible to people who couldn’t afford it. He said that it was deeply frustrating that society had left it up to a YouTuber to make a difference. Hasan Piker’s anger highlights the widespread issue of income inequality and access to healthcare in many countries. “I’m filled with rage that’s like that we shut off access to a 10-minute procedure because we pay walled it and decided that like some people just simply can’t get it,” said Piker.

On the other hand, Valkyrae was more positive about MrBeast’s video, stating that she was happy to see someone making a difference in people’s lives. She also asked Hasan, “What’s wrong with you?”. To which Hasan Piker said, “It is so insanely frustrating that it like it’s up to like one YouTube guy to like decide to make content out of it that like the people who are too poor. Can’t just fu**ing see. That’s insane. Anyway, sorry. It’s just like a deeply, deeply frustrating concept.”

The video has sparked a conversation about access to healthcare and the impact of income inequality. It highlights the fact that many people are unable to receive life-changing treatments simply because they cannot afford them. This is a problem that needs to be addressed by governments, healthcare providers, and society as a whole.
