Nintendo gave fans a decent look at their upcoming game, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Eiji Aonuma, the longtime producer of the series, has not left a lot hidden. Maybe the video game designer was doing so to build excitement among fans. Nevertheless, it was evident that the 60-year-old was deliberately ignoring a bunch of secrets. As is usual with fans of Zelda, the community still found a bunch of secrets that many gamers may have overlooked!

So here are 5 secrets that one might have missed in the recent Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom showcase.

Giant Fans

Eiji Aonuma showcased those little battery-operated machine fans. Those can be used to create various pieces of machinery. Vehicles and such are possible in this game only because machinery like this exists.

But Aonuma completely overlooked those huge, heavy machines that also looked like fans. He mentions though that as the game moves forward, there will be more machinery available to players to create even better things; maybe that’s why he just skipped telling fans about that machinery.

Caves

While players have been complaining about the lack of caves and dungeons in this gameplay footage, there have still been a bunch of speculations that they are indeed in the game. While Aonuma did show viewers some small caves, they were for the purpose of showing the ascend ability.

Recently, some fans noticed an entrance to a presumably huge cave in a distant mountain. Maybe that would be an entrance to one of those huge dungeons?

Green Swirls

Once again, as has been mentioned before, this game has weird green swirls, and the producer has refused to mention them in this video.

Now it’s been expected that those green swirls are actually fast travel points that players will use. Given the fact that Hyrule is in destruction, those towers would be nowhere to be seen, and players need a way to fast travel on what will be a huge map.

Flamethrowing constructs

Constructs are some newly introduced enemies in this game. They carry various kinds of weapons that players can make their own using that fuse ability. Now, a fan has noticed a construct carrying a flamethrower in the game.

This means Link would also be able to use it for himself! Good times!

Underground is full of malice

Yet another proof of this game having underground areas is, when seen from above, it appears Hyrule has numerous sinkholes where Malice is leaking from.

The chances are players would be tasked with clearing it in some missions to unlock access to those areas.
