Apex Legends repeater rifle can deal massive damage

This repeater rifle is the favorite weapon of the newest legend, and here are the reasons he loves using it. The weapon can deal massive damage and therefore, is perfect for someone like Fuse. The weapon firmly fills the role of mid to long range combat rifle, but you would need to pair it with an automatic sidearm.

Full charged bullets can take out enemies with just two accurate shots to the head. The damage scaling range drops off depending on the amount of charge and the distance of the target.

The headshots with max charge can deal 100 damage to the head, body shots will deal 57 damage. If you wish to spam the bullets on your target with no charge, then it will only deal 47 damage on the body. Headshots, on the other hand, will deal 74 damage.

Weapon role, magazine size and attachments

You should use this weapon cautiously, and it is advisable to use the max charged bullets in a gun duel. The rifle does not have a massive magazine size; even with the new gold attachment, you will only get 12 bullets. So it becomes important to pick your fights and retreat when you are low on ammo, as the rifle takes a long time to reload.

You can mount normal sights right from the 1X to 3X, but not the sights made for a sniper rifle. This alone states that this weapon is the hybrid variant of an assault rifle and sniper rifle. It can take care of enemies in mid to long ranges, but you cannot rely on it for the extensive range combat situation.

The play style of this weapon will compel you to take fights more cautiously. This rifle can only churn out one shot at a time. Charging those shots also takes some time, which makes it different from its peers. It is safe to say this weapon is better suited for players who can patiently wait for the bullet to charge and pull off headshots more frequently.
