Nintendo and Universal Studios’ Super Mario Bros. Movie is currently in production at Illumination studios. The release date of the same was recently revealed during a Nintendo Direct that was specially held for the movie.

Along with the release date, fans also got a brand-new trailer for the movie, which featured almost every character slated to make an appearance in the game. The trailer received very high praise from most Super Mario Bros. and Nintendo fans, mainly for its visuals.
