In addition to that, players are also excited to listen to any news about the Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 and it will be a major highlight of the show.
It’s been two years since Nintendo released a teaser for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2. Therefore, a crossover with New Horizons to advertise the product would be a splendid choice. The popularity of ACNH is increasing, and many newcomers are also starting their journey. With such a large community the hype for Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 will surely increase.

What to expect if The Legend of Zelda Crossover happens

A crossover with Super Mario on its 35th anniversary has already happened; hence, this dream is not too far away from turning into a reality. Furthermore, some Zelda items were available to players in some previous Animal Crossing titles. Items like Master Sword, Triforce, Heroe’s outfit, and some Zelda theme masks could arrive again at New Horizons.
Players witnessed the biggest Zelda crossover back in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The crossover offered users a total of 30 Zelda exclusive items and also introduced four Zelda-inspired villagers. These villagers were Wolf Link, Epona, Medli, and Ganon.

Therefore, we might see these villagers now arriving in ACNH as a result of a crossover. Several veterans would be happy if Nintendo announced a crossover, as currently, there is not enough content to keep them busy.
