Nintendo has heard the community’s call for the addition of more meaningful content in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The latest 2.0 patch was meant to release on November 5, but Nintendo released it a couple of days earlier. This patch was meant to be quite massive, and it indeed lived up to all the hype. Fans have seen the addition of a myriad of content including, new villagers, areas, features, DLC Expansion pack, items, and much more.

The patch has been for over 2 days the world over, which has granted the community enough time to try everything new. Here are a few key details that you may have missed within the latest content update.

Nintendo has added a roster of new things into the game, which wasn’t even highlighted in the direct event. • You can now play mini-games with villagers who visit your house.
• New DIY recipes will allow you to make new dishes with the fish you catch.
• Old characters from previous titles like Resetti, Blathers, Brewster, Gracie, Porter, and more have returned to the game.
• You can buy brand new apparel and costumes from the Able Sisters or Nook Shop.
• Harv’s island now has a bell’s dispenser machine, which will aid you to withdraw bells and continue rebuilding the island.
• You can now build and invest in forming a unique friendships with Brewster by visiting his café and purchasing his coffee.
• Players can be a range of new items from the latest vendor’s island-like Ice-cream con, Gyroids, and much more.
• You can now use the dishes you have crafted to build your friendship with fellow villagers.

This comprises all the new things that have been added to the game with the massive update. Definitely, the community can no longer complain about lack of content, as this patch will keep things interesting for a full year.
