Nook’s Cranny is getting another upgrade in Animal Crossing New Horizons
According to YouTuber Mayor Mori, the new upgrade will definitely change the way Nook Cranny looks. This important building is currently sitting inside the game with just a couple of upgrades, while other buildings like the Museum and others have a lot more.
The shopping mart doesn’t acquire the entire plot, which leaves room for more speculation. The new datamined files point at the possible enhancement to critterpedia page, with hints about Nook’s 3rd upgrade.

This could enhance the entire building to occupy the entire plot, adding more room for new things. The building doesn’t have any additional floors, which could be added with the next major upgrade.
