How to demolish any bridge or incline in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?

The best strategy would be to choose the most desirable bridge or incline first. The major reason being it costs a lot of bells and even after demolishing, you only get 10,000 bells. In addition to that, you can’t build or destroy multiple structures in a single day. It’ll take one day to destroy the structure and one day to build a structure after you destroy the existing one.

However, if you decide to demolish the structure, you just have to visit Tom Nook. Select the ‘Let’s talk infrastructure’ option again and he’ll ask if you want to demolish any existing ones or if you want to build a new one. From here, you can demolish any existing bridges on your island.
