Isabelle surprises players on Valentine’s Day in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Isabelle is a very iconic character in the entire Animal Crossing franchise. However, some users don’t like to interact with her or listen to her daily morning announcements in New Horizons. Regardless, most players look forward to Isabelle’s Valentine’s Day letter in ACNH.

Furthermore, the Valentine’s Day event letter will also contain a present in honor of the event. The gift will comprise either a Chocolate Heart or a Heart-Shaped Bouquet, which are the same items you can purchase from the Nook’s Stop.

Villagers

Several users complain that villagers in New Horizons are very plain and boring because of the lack of in-game dialogues. However, Valentine’s Day is one of the few seasonal events which involves villagers being a part of the event.

Other than Isabelle, your island residents can also gift you Valentine’s Day letters and gifts through in-game mail but with a catch. You will have to reach a high-level friendship level with your villagers or be their best friends. Until you reach the minimum required friendship level, you can’t receive Valentine’s special gifts from them.
