Animal Crossing characters like Isabelle and Tom Nook are beloved in the community. The ability to create an endearing image with these characters after each installment is one of the primary reasons the franchise has been so successful.

Recently, Isabelle took to Twitter to announce an upcoming Animal Crossing and Build a Bear collaboration. The tweet reveals that starting at 10 a.m. CST, the new Animal Crossing collection will go live on the Build a Bear online website. Additionally, the tweet provides a link where you can register your email to receive future updates.

Build a Bear is a retail store where you can customize and dress up stuffed toys; particularly teddy bears. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the sale of this collaboration will take place on their website.

How to acquire toys from Animal Crossing and Build a Bear’s collaboration

Once the sale begins, you must join the waiting line to be placed in a queue. Note that this does not work on a first come first serve basis. According to an FAQ done by Build a Bear, “Guests who join the pre-waiting room before 10:00 a.m. Central Time will be randomly assigned a spot in line once the Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection goes on sale. Guests who join after 10:00 a.m. Central Time will file in at the end of the existing line.”

Once your turn finally arrives, “You’ll gain access to our shopping site and have a limited amount of time to purchase the Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection and complete your transaction.”
