Amouranth has slammed Twitch over their temperament with fellow creators, and it looks like she is very disappointed. 

Before joining Twitch, Amouranth had established herself as an avid cosplayer on Devianart. She was one of the household names in the industry, pulling off all killer looks possible. And fans always appreciated her content as they knew her struggles. But as time passed, Amouranth realized that she had to walk into the next chapter of her life as it was time to find something new. 

This is when Twitch’s offer walked right into her hand as they approached her for their creator program. Looking at her success in the cosplay industry, they wished to sign her and showcase the content on their platform.

It all went well for years, as the ASMR queen claimed to be happy with her contract. But with Twitch tightening its guidelines, everything felt to have fallen apart. And this led Amouranth to have a controversial take over it in a recent interview. 

Amouranth is not happy with how Twitch is treating content on their platform 

During an exclusive interview with EssentiallySports, Amouranth dropped hot takes on multiple topics. In conversation, she spoke about how things were weary at the Twitter headquarters, and it was high time for them to change. 

But well, the Twitch queen stressed diving deep into the world of Twitch, revealing shocking details about the same. She started off by telling her story about how she landed on the Amazon-owned platform.

Post that, the former cosplayer also spoke highly about its doings. “Twitch actually invited me to the platform in 2016 because, at the time, they were launching a creative category. So, they wanted cosplayers to come stream on their website,” Amouranth said.

However, with time, the Twitch megastar felt the platform neglected its creators. “Now they don’t care about that. It’s not clear what Twitch cares about anymore, to be honest. Now it’s just like a free for all, stream whatever I want, and that just depends on the day,” the streamer revealed in her closing statements.

Based on her statements, it was clear that the 29-year-old was referring to the harsh policies that have taken center stage in the industry. After all, the majority of the creators are unhappy with a variety of things, such as the revenue split, the limitation of content, and more. Given that, the real question lies in how Twitch would respond to these constant cries.
