Amouranth Flexes Her Investment Prowess by Splurging Over $8Million on a 7-Eleven Style Property

It is very rare to see popular streamers making huge investments. This is because most of them have the tendency to spend Ludicrous amounts of money on unnecessary things. Although it is true for many of them, Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Sirigusa is not one of them.

The popular Twitch streamer is currently in the headlines for making several investments in properties. And this is now again the case when she did another big investment in a car wash.

Amouranth is now a full-time investor?

Amouranth is popular for her ASMR videos and Twitch streams through which she earns around $133,000 a month, while also revealing she has earned a staggering $33 million from adult content platform, OnlyFans. But now she has chosen to try her hands on some other investment options, that are not ‘Volatile’.

In her recent Twitter post on her personal account, Amouranth announced that she had brought an $8.3 million car wash that sits on 1.5 acres, and includes a 4,000 Sqft C store and 4,600 Sqft Fueling service pump.

In her tweet, she described the purpose of the new car wash by saying, “To be honest it’s just another gas station (7-eleven) with a larger than usual car wash. This is prob one of the last ones before the 100% accelerated bonus depreciation rolls off.”

Notably, this was her second gas station, while the first one was $4 million in worth. She is also the owner of a 7-eleven store that she brought for $10 million. The question that arises though; Is she changing her career? Although it can’t be confirmed right now it will be a huge step toward her career if she starts focusing on her side-hustle more than her streaming profession.

Why does investing in properties help?

The most common question that can arrive is why so many investments? Well, the common answer is for future planning. Most of the time streamers have to face a lot of downfalls as their content can’t be consumed regularly for years.

Thus it is very common for content creators to make huge investments that are tangible for a much longer period of time. Creators like MrBeast and DrDisrespect are some of the few examples who make investments outside of the screen.
