Amouranth Bravely Shares About Fighting a Serious Health Condition, Disheartened to Step Down From Boxing Debut

Popular live streamer Amouranth has revealed some shocking information about her health conditions. The 29-year-old streamer has amassed quite a large following, which has grown further with her move to Kick. Her popularity is on a steady rise, all thanks to her multifaceted talents and personality. Furthermore, the streamer was also looking to start her boxing career.

Now, in light of her current situation, her debut has been delayed. She would be pulling out from multiple professional commitments too. Her fans have also voiced their concerns over the streamer’s health and wished for her speedy recovery.

Amouranth reveals having late-stage ovarian failure

In her recent tweet, Amouranth disclosed having late-stage ovarian failure. This revelation comes in the wake of her missing a few high-profile appearances. She further shared about this condition affecting her mental and physical health. She shared about her condition deteriorating at a fast pace and also about her perimenopause/menopause. But the streamer has started undergoing treatment for this advanced prognosis. She will be undergoing a daily dose of injections, which will have the side effects of headaches, nausea, and aches.

However, this will affect her appearance at the Ibai Llanos’ La Velada De Ano event. She was about to make her boxing debut at this event. Initially, the 29-year-old was planning to undergo the treatment after her boxing match. However, the rapid deterioration of her condition has put brakes on her debut.

Furthermore, her medical team has barred her from competing while on treatment. She said, “My medical team strenuously vetoed that decision due to the “potential for extreme injury or death” related to a heightened chance of my ovaries torsion/twisting.” She presented a bold front and expressed her frustration at not being able to compete. Furthermore, she has apologized to all the fans hopefully waiting for her boxing debut.

The streamer has promised the fans about putting all her efforts into a speedy recovery. She concluded her tweet with, “I’m hoping for a quick and painless treatment, and maybe I can get the opportunity to get in the ring next year if everything goes well.”
