As a response, Hogwarts Legacy is attempting to improve relations with its fans. Therefore, they have shared a lot of information about the most anticipated game for 2023 in a string of tweets concerning pre-orders.

What are some major insights given on the Hogwarts Legacy?

The moment pre-orders for Hogwarts Legacy were made public, there was total chaos among fans. The pre-order list, which did not make it clear enough for fans to comprehend which bundle contained which supplementary materials caused this. In response, the Hogwarts Legacy official Twitter account published an eight-tweet thread addressing all the significant issues raised by the audience.

They tweeted, “We’re aware of the confusion that has sparked following the rollout of Pre-Orders, and we acknowledge and apologize for the frustration caused in our Community. The team hears you and we’d like to provide some clarity on questions that have come up:”

After which they tweeted seven more posts regarding the confusion that had occurred. They added, Regarding Collector’s Edition availability, Collector’s Editions are going live with our retailers on a rolling basis, and links are updated on http://hogwartslegacy.com as we receive them.” 

What else was covered in the tweets?

The official Twitter account made an effort to make it clear what the game’s pre-orders will contain and what fans should anticipate from the Standard, Deluxe, Digital Deluxe, and Collector’s editions. They added, “For clarity, Pre-Order of the PS4 and PS5 editions (Standard, Deluxe, Digital Deluxe, and Collector’s) will come with the Felix Felicis Potion Recipe.

They added further in the tweets, “All PlayStation editions will come with the Exclusive Quest; no Pre-Order is required to obtain it. More information around Sony exclusives is coming soon.” 

It was revealed that the game will not include micro-transactions in the additional four tweets that they sent. Furthermore, they stated that purchasers of the ordinary pack will have the option to upgrade later or even purchase the dark arts bundle individually.

Notably, the game won’t require a separate Hogwarts Legacy account or a WB account at all. The team said that they sympathize with the community’s frustrations and that they are encouraged by the fans’ enthusiasm.
