The Riot-owned FPS shooter Valorant is currently at the epicenter of attention. The VCT Lock//In has become one of the biggest Valorant tournaments in history. Another interesting aspect that has caused massive debates among the community is the arrival of the new agent.
Gekko, the supposed new agent will be gracing the game in the upcoming update. But what caught the eye of many is his stark resemblance to the American Rapper Eminem.

Since the meta upheaval from the earlier patch which dethroned Chamber, fans are waiting for new opportunities to explore in the game. With the likes of Killjoy dominating the current pick rate, newer compositions have emerged. Yet again, this all is expected to go back to square one with the arrival of the new agent. But, before his release, what caught the eye of the community is his appearance.
The leaked images have gone viral, with many commenting on his punk-style avatar. But what many found as a common factor was the agent’s resemblance to the ‘Rap-God’ Eminem. They were seen hilariously commenting on the character design and the hairstyle.
It seems like the popular rapper has evolved into a game avatar. This surely has worked as a plus point in regard to the hype that the new agent has generated.

Some people, on the other hand, think that the new agent resembles a popular anime character. That is, people were seen talking about the resemblance that the agent had to Zoro, one of the main characters from the popular anime One Piece.
Fans found the resemblance to be hilarious
Many found the similarities the character shared with Eminem to be hilarious. They were seen talking about how the agent’s abilities will be, and whether they would also be similar to the rapper.
People were stating that the reason why Eminem was not much in the limelight recently was because he was gearing up for being in the game.
The mocking from the fans did not stop there. Some fans commented that he looks awfully similar to Jaden Smith. The ability of fans to spot such intrinsic details and draw out hilarious findings is surely appreciable.

The agent will likely be introduced to the game in ACT 2 of Episode 3. The new ACT will also feature the Oni-bundle, one of the most awaited returns in the Valorant community.
