The developers Epic Games launched the iconic Fortnite video game way back in the year 2017 and ever since this game’s popularity is on a rise. It’s been over 4 years since its release and even to this date, fans all across the world absolutely enjoy playing the battle royale game. But many fans might have heard the term that no game is all perfect, so this game also has a share of its own problems. The game is going through some kind of server issue that’s restricting players from login in to the game.
Recently, one prominent gaming personality informed the community about this ongoing server issue on Twitter. Moreover, the official Twitter handle of the game’s service account, “Fortnite status” has also shared about this issue. According to the Fortnite status account, the game is having some matchmaking and login problems. It’s a sign of relief because at least the devs are aware of this ongoing issue. In fact, the devs have also mentioned that they’ll inform the fans when this issue is fixed.

On January 28, 2022, one Twitter user popularly known as “HYPEX” made this tweet about the issue.
This tweet also features an image that’s apparently a screenshot of the game’s login screen. In this image, the fans watch the game displaying an error message- “YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO PLAY FORTNITE”. Moreover, the fans only have two options to deal with this issue: “RELAUNCH” and “CANCEL”. It’s likely that relaunching the game will not be of any help and the game will again display the same error message.
