Dr Disrespect finally acknowledged his superfan

In his latest, streamer the 2-time streamer of the year received a super chat from Ranchero. The fan used this medium as a via to gauge the attention of the streamer and what he had recently done to pay homage to the streamer. Doc immediately offered his reaction and yelled out, ‘MrRancheroo‘ which produced hilarious results that no one could predict.

Doc somehow managed to decimate his microphone by yelling into it. Oddly enough, his voice proved to be too much for the device to take as it malfunctioned on multiple occasions as he left a message for the streamer.
