Fortnite boss Donald Mustard retires after serving 25 years in the gaming industry

Epic Games Chief Creative Officer and Fortnite Boss Donald Mustard has recently announced his retirement from the gaming arena after being an impeccable pillar in the gaming industry for more than two decades.

Mustard himself posted a tweet, announcing his retirement. He has stated, “I have enjoyed nearly 25 years in the game industry collaborating with some of the most talented people ever, and I am so proud of what we have made together.”

He has also stated: “I am humbled to have been a part of the team that every day tries to bring ‘joy and delight’ to the Fortnite community! He concluded by saying, “I’m excited to spend time with my wife and family and am forever grateful for Tim Sweeney (CEO of Epic Games) and the Epic Games family.”

In 2005, the story of the greatness of Mustard began when he co-founded one of the best game-developing companies at the time, Chair Entertainment. Shadow Complex and Infinity Blade are two of the best games of all time that this company has made.

Later on, in 2008, it was acquired by Epic Games. Eight years after that, in 2016, Mustard eventually became the Chief Creative Officer at Epic Games, where he became the mastermind of Fortnite, and the world saw the aura and rise of this epic title.
