Surprisingly, while appearing on the Flagrant podcast, MrBeast told about the time when he was offered a billion dollars for his channel.
In the podcast, Jimmy said, “There’s people, not like official term sheets, but you know like people that would actually be able to afford it. Like you know, ‘a billion dollars if we could own the channel and the companies’ and stuff like that. And I’m like, ‘oh that sounds enticing but I don’t know if I want to work for my YouTube channel’.” Though the YouTuber has his thoughts firm, here’s something that could actually give a mathematical base to him doing so.
Going by this, turning down a billion-dollar offer is no joke. But MrBeast has often been seen doing the unexpected. The signature plot twist. Nevertheless, here’s a mathematical view of MrBeast’s decision to do so. Though it remains unauthorized by the YouTuber, it surely gives an overview of the move and his net worth.
Here’s a mathematical calculation of the net worth of MrBeast
A few days back, Entrepreneur Patrick Bet-David appeared on the Think Media podcast. Discussing the strategic social media tactics, an interesting segment came when the host asked a riveting question. Sean Cannell, the host of the podcast, asked whether Patrick thinks MrBeast made a bad call by turning down the $1 billion offer. By saying, “Let’s do some basic maths,” the entrepreneur went into calculations.
Patrick said, “So I just pulled up his channel. His most viewed video is 293 million views. It’s a 25-minute video that’s the 456 thousand dollar Squid Game that he did, which was all over the place.” Sean did inform that the video was dubbed and uploaded on his many respective channels. But taking the video as a single example, he went ahead to compare it with the Super Bowl commercial earnings.
“Super Bowl commercial you do 30 seconds, what are you paying? 5.2 million dollars,” Partick continued. After some discussion, he took the overall views of MrBeast’s channel, which were at that time 17 billion.

Furthermore, he said, “Let’s do this together 17 billion views divided by 100 million(Super Bowl commercial views) because that’s what Super Bowl claims. So that’s 170 times 5 million bucks okay, minimum that that thing is worth 850 million dollars.” Concluding, he said, “Add it to all the other channels that he has, I think he’s right 10 to 20 billion dollars the right number.”
Hereby, Patrick provided an estimated net worth of MrBeast as strictly referring to his YouTube channels. Moreover, it is interesting to know that the MrBeast Squid Games video recently crossed 300M views. And one future holds what feats the star will perform.
