The choice between GTA 6 and RDR3 is difficult, to say the least. On one hand, GTA 6, the sixth main installment in the franchise, has the potential to be the biggest game in the world, with Rockstar forecasting massive numbers for its release. The game is indeed fun, but it faces competition from the guns and horses of the Wild West.

As soon as they heard the question, fans had their minds set on an answer. The chance to return to a world of gun-slinging is impossible to resist. With RDR2, Rockstar took the benchmark of what makes a good game to a whole new level. The attention to detail, as well as the narrative experience, left fans wanting for more.

One fan had their mind made up. The range of activities GTA 6 can bring is not enough to deter fans from RDR3. It goes on to speak about the range of the RDR franchise. The game is not just a cowboy experience. There is a much deeper story going on as you build genuine relationships with characters.

RDR2 was simply not just a game. It was an entire experience. The entire story goes way beyond simple issues with the gang. To give you an example, look at the basic motivation for the gang. They want to get away from the grips of civilization, but their greed takes them exactly there. Moreover, their camps are seen to progressively be set in worse conditions. The way RDR2 told its story elevated the entire experience of playing the game and the very way people approach a story.

Similarly, another fan reminded everyone of the characters RDR2 had. With Arthur, they had one of the best protagonists the gaming community has ever seen. The gang members became family characters you learned to care about. At the same time, it also had realistic interactions. The way Dutch turns to Micah as the story progresses feels authentic. If that is not enough for you, the Red Dead has the Dead Eye ability, GTA 6 does not.

Looking at what fans, RDR3 takes the win here. Perhaps it will see Sadie Adler take the lead as she receives her own title.

Is Red Dead Redemption 3 under development?

While fans would love to see a confirmation about RDR3, the chances are meek. For starters, it has only been five years since RDR2 came out. GTA 5, on the other hand, came out back in 2013. The sixth installment in the GTA franchise is long overdue for fans. Additionally, it is important to remember, at the moment, it looks like work on GTA 6 is in full swing.
